Edit Mode Relative

This mode is used to move a point in both of the Edit Windows.

The Control Windows title is set to Rel.

The Mouse Pointer is set to REL.

Points can be clicked and moved in both of the windows with the mouse - the point will move in both windows to the same relative position.
